About Constance

Constance “CC” Frierson has always been interested in physical therapy since the 8th grade. She has earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Neumann University in Aston, PA in 2014 and her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Kean University in Union, NJ. She is a well-rounded physical therapist with experience in many different settings, including early intervention (newborns to 3 years old), skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, home care, and outpatient. She has worked with the whole lifespan and with individuals with various different injuries, diseases, and conditions. CC has developed and hosted runner’s clinics, screened high school track teams, and even taught core stability exercise classes to the active elderly; she loves to give back to the community.

CC uses an individual approach to her treatments because each patient is different and has their own unique set of goals that they want to achieve. She uses manual techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, cupping, and stretching to help relieve pain and improve mobility. She is very passionate about teaching individuals about chronic pain and core stability and is always willing to make sure they understand the treatments that are given, as well as, the overall care of plan.

CC looks forward to working with you to help reduce your pain and obtain a better quality of life.
